Products, storage arrangements and any sensitivities are discussed for the premises. Added fragrance and reed diffusers are not automatically used in classrooms or other sensitive areas. Specialist tasks are separately assessed.

Tell us about the property, current condition, material finishes, priorities and preferred schedule. Share photographs where useful. Sensitive access details should be provided only through an agreed secure channel.

Suitable cleaning products are supplied for the agreed work. Fragrance is discussed only where relevant to the service and your preferences. Our hand wash, reed diffuser and client care notebook are complimentary client gifts, at no additional charge.
